Legendary NASA Mathematician, Katherine Johnson Dies

NASA mathematician Katherine Johnson passes away at 101.

Johnson was a black female aerospace worker who calculated rocket trajectories and earth orbits for NASA space missions.

The 2016 hit movie "Hidden Figures" portrayed Johnson's life, and grossed more than $200 million worldwide.
